The 4th LABNANO/CBPF School on Nanofabrication aims to call the attention to and educate personnel in nanofabrication with emphasis in e-beam lithography. This version of the school is being organized by CBPF, Raith USA.  

The 4th School on Nanofabrication was made possible by the cooperation of CBPF and its brand new open facility LABNANO, which offer a suite of equipment and facilities to develop nanofabricated devices, and Raith USA Company that brought application engineers with a great expertise in electron beam lithography.

The School is targeted to graduate students; post-docs and researchers interested in develop work using electron beam nanolithography.
