The deadline for registration and payment of the fee is July 4, 2003. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is July 4, 2003.

The registration fee is (students, see below) US$ 350 before the deadline, and US$ 400 after the deadline. It can be paid by credit card.

The registration fee includes: a copy of the proceedings, participation in the Welcome Ceremony (on July 20th), participation in the Awards Ceremony, participation in the Closing Banquet, coffee breaks, congress kit, attendance certificate, and a tour (in the afternoon of July 23rd, details in http://www.ksk.com.br/ingles/congress/marcel/m_optional.html).

For students, the registration fee will be US$ 100, and it includes
