Poster Session
 

The panels are standard and the measure is the following : 0,96 meters large and 1,988 meters high.

Posters authors can fix their contribution from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Poster
session will take place from 2:00 to 3:30pm and is located in front of
plenary room.
Authors also should take the contribution from the panels by the end of the
day, between 6:00 and 7:00pm.

From 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

 

SET UP TIME:

Please be aware of the set up times to fix your poster presentation in the designated panels:

 

- 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, on the day of your presentation

 

After the session is finished, the posters should be available to the Conference participants until 6:00 pm

 

From 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, all posters should be removed from the panels.

 

* The Conference Secretariat will not be held responsible for the posters that are not taken from the panels in the determined time.
